Cause-Driven Holiday Gifting

This year, we did something different for our holiday card for our valued clients and partners.
Imagewërks Marketing wanted to highlight artists and introduce their work to our clients. With that in mind, we reached out to artist Deborah Velásquez, whose "work is modern, bold, colorful, sophisticated, graphic and energetic, inspired by nature, and the love of ink, gouache, watercolor, and printmaking."
The Printing Process
We printed the card on beautiful Neenah 100lb cover digital stock in Patriot Blue. We utilized our HP Indigo to print white ink throughout the card, with a few areas that have white ink below a CMYK image to make it stand out.
We used multiple hits of white to enhance the artwork, making it look like it could unfurl off the page.
The Artist
In Deborah's own words:
I am a Brooklyn original. I create textiles, original fine art, and wall art prints for home decor. My work is modern, bold, colorful, sophisticated, graphic, and energetic, inspired by nature and the love of ink, gouache, watercolor, and printmaking. What drives me and my art is Possibility, Accessibility, and Curiosity. What I believe is people will be inspired by your determination. My key inspiration has always been my mom’s words “live life without regret, do everything.”
